Blasting Equipment

Dry ice blasters (manual or automated)

Dry ice blasting is an efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning technique that makes use of dry ice pellets. The choice of the most suitable dry ice blaster should be based on a short analysis of the desired application of the unit.

We distinguish 4 types of applications:

  • Focalised up to medium size cleaning (Blaster COB62/62+/71)
  • Very fast cleaning equipment with long hoses for large surfaces (Blaster COMBI71/72/73)
  • Dry ice gritblasting (Blaster COB62+/71 or COMBI with abrasive module)
  • Automatisation and engineered solutions (Blaster COB71A or COMBI-A)

Compressors for Dry Ice Blasting

Dry Ice UK® can certainly help you with the purchase of the complete dry ice package: dry ice cleaning machine and air compressor.

To blast with dry ice cleaning machines, one needs compressed air from the factory or an air compressor. The recommended options for an air compressor for dry ice cleaning are:

  • Water separator
  • An after cooler or a re-heater
  • Ultra-fine filter.

Dry Ice UK® offers you the CAC-series where all these options are standard integrated and meet all conditions for a qualitatively dry ice cleaning job.

Mobile Compressors units that can be towed.
