Blaster for automated cleaning
The COB71A has been specially developed for automated cleaning and mostly used for cleaning tire moulds. The automated machine is manufactured for saving time, manipulation and curing downtime while increasing productivity of the tire curing operations.
This dry ice blaster is based on the patented CRYONOMIC® technology of ARTIMPEX NV. and meets the new EC machine directive 2006/42/EC.
The COB71AR is the same dry ice blaster for automated cleaning as the COB71A but has the added value of giving feedback of blast parameters to the user.

The robot can turn the blasting nozzles in various angle directions as for example perpendicular to the surface. It has two different tilted directions for tread corners cleaning and three runs on tread segments.
